Stubrik's steakhouse serves some of the best steaks in town. For great food and live music, Stubrik's is the place to visit in Downtown Fullerton. Stubrik's is also a full bar open until 2am. The only complaint about the bar is that they only serve beer by the pint. They also have a Happy Hour Sunday-Thursday from 4pm-6pm and 10pm-12am/2pm. This menu gives you the option of appetizer's like the Stubrik's sampler of jalapeno popper, mozzarella sticks, and breaded chicken tenders as well as other small eats. It also offers cocktails and draft beer at discounted prices. Overall, Stubrik's is the place to go when looking for a great meal and a good time. Definitely worth the drive into DTF!

They also have pool tables available while you're drinking and/or eating. Be prepared for additional entertainment as well since bar frequently has live bands playing. A list of bands and events can be found on their website. They also post events and band information regularly on their Facebook page.

Their menu offers steaks like the Top Sirloin, New York Steak, Porterhouse, and Filet Mignon in a 8oz 12oz or 24oz. Their specialty steak is the black and blue which is absolutely delicious as long as you like bleu cheese. They also have an array of restaurant favorites like Chicken Parmesan and Herb Crusted Salmon. I had their Jalapeno Popper appetizer which is a Jalapeno stuffed with a tequila infused cheese blend and they were delicious. When ordering an entree always order the soup not the salad. The soup on the day I went was a baked potato and broccoli soup which was very good. However, the salad comes with sunflower seeds which is not my preference and the lettuce used seemed wilted and browning. Each entree is served with a large portion of seasoned vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
