It also helped that I went with a good friend of mine and we all joked and laughed with the chef. We me made such a connection that every time I go back, the chef knows me by name and knows exactly what to cook up for me. Maru Sushi has THEE best customer service around. I would definitely recommend their Maru Special Roll, Dragon Roll, as well as their Centipede Roll.
